Draussen wird es langsam hell. Beim \u00d6ffnen der Augen stauen ich nicht schlecht, dass ich direkt in die Augen eines Impala\u2019s blickte. Ein sch\u00f6neres Erwachen kann ich mir im Moment nicht vorstellen, welch ein Gl\u00fccksgef\u00fchl. Die Tiere sind \u00fcber Nacht bis in unser Camp gekommen, ich hoffe, meine beiden G\u00e4ste k\u00f6nnen sie auch vom Cottage aus sehen. P\u00fcnktlich um 09.30 kamen Gerard und Arina um uns abzuholen. Die beiden sind ein tolles Team. Sie k\u00fcmmert sich um Haus, Cottages und Buchhaltung, er managet die Reservationen, die G\u00e4stebetreuung, die Game Drives und alles was sonst noch anf\u00e4llt. Weil es in der Nacht stark geregnet hat k\u00f6nnen wir nicht \u00fcber die \u00fcberliche Piste bis zum Hauptquartier fahren. Gerhard \u00fcbernimmt das Steuer f\u00fcr mich mit meinem Kombi und ich bin, aufrichtig gesagt, dankbar daf\u00fcr. So geniessen wir nochmals unverhofft einen kurzen \u201eGame Drive\u201c. Bereits beim Losfahren k\u00f6nnen wir die Nashornfamilie nochmals von ganz nah bestaunen. Eine tolle Verabschiedung nach zwei wirklich wundersch\u00f6nen Tagen bei dieser liebensw\u00fcrdigen Familie. Deshalb sag ich anstelle \u201eGood bye\u201c viel lieber \u201csee you again and take care in the meantime\u201c. Das Wiedersehen sollte fr\u00fcher erfolgen als gedacht. Wir waren bereits ein gutes St\u00fcck unterwegs, als ich feststellte, dass mein Handy bei der Verabschiedung leider auf dem B\u00fcrotisch liegen blieb. Meine lieben G\u00e4ste nehmen es zum Gl\u00fcck gelassen. Ale hopp, rasch ist es geholt und wir k\u00f6nnen unsere Reise planm\u00e4ssig weiterf\u00fchren. In Oudtshoorn erwartete und viel Sonne bei 28 Grad. Nach einem kurzen Stadtbummel und einer Erfrischung fuhren wir ins 14km ausserhalb der Stadt gelegene Camp. Dieses liegt traumhaft sch\u00f6n, mit rundum Blick in die Berge &#8211; Swartberg und Outeniqua Mountains. Wir freuen uns, dass wir das Abendessen in der Lodge bei Pascal gebucht haben und diese atemberaubende Kulisse bis zum Schlafen gehen geniessen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p><a
