Zuerst wurde Holz gesammelt und dann hat unser Feuermeister Ivo erneut eingeheizt &#8211; jawohl, dies schon morgen in der Fr\u00fch. Wir hatten n\u00e4mlich die Idee, ein Straussenei zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck zuzubereiten. Das Ei besorgen wir am Vortag beim Einkauf imi Pick &amp; Pay. Bis zu 24 regul\u00e4re Eier soll die Masse eines Straussenei\u2019s hergeben k\u00f6nnen. Wir w\u00e4hlten deshalb bewusst ein etwas kleineres Ei. Gesagt getan, es war wiederum unser Feuer und Handymen Ivo, der mit einem Sackmesser ein Loch in das Ei kratzte und danach die Masse aus dem Ei in eine grosse Pfanne sch\u00fcttelte. Das ganze wurde dann auf dem Feuer zu einem feinen R\u00fchrei ger\u00fchrt und sp\u00e4ter am Tisch serviert. Die Menge reichte gut, um 8 \u201ehungrige Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksm\u00e4uler\u201c zu stopfen. Mmm war das lekker.
